- Company profile: company name, logo, description, country, city, address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, company email, website, and the services or product categories you select.
- Freight requests: the route, cargo details, shipping mode, Incoterm and any other details you enter in the request form.
- Quotes and messages: the content of quotes and messages you send to other users. They are delivered by email. Messages sent to another company with the Contact button on its profile are also kept in a private record that only the site administrator can see. The administrator may review them to keep the platform safe and to prevent fraud and misuse, and deletes them after review.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. This helps us keep the website secure and working properly. This information does not, on its own, tell us who you are.
3. Information that is public
7 SHAHN is a business directory, so some information is public by design:
- Company profiles, including the contact details you choose to add, are visible to all visitors.
- Freight requests you publish are visible to all visitors, so that shipping companies can find them and send quotes.
Please only publish information that you are happy to make public.
4. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and show your company profile.
- To publish your freight requests and alert shipping companies that serve the route by email.
- To deliver quotes and messages between users.
- To send service emails, such as account activation, password reset and notices about your profile or requests.
- To keep the website secure and to prevent fraud and misuse.

- To comply with the law.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it:
- with other users, as part of the service (for example, your public profile, or your details included in a quote or message you choose to send);
- with trusted service providers that help us run the website, such as hosting and email delivery, who may only use it for that purpose;
