2. Information on this website
Company profiles, freight requests, quotes and other details are supplied by our members and are published in good faith, as provided. 7 SHAHN does not verify every detail and does not guarantee that any information is accurate, complete, legal or up to date.
7 SHAHN is completely independent of every company or individual that is listed or advertises on the website. A listing on 7 SHAHN, including any badge shown on a profile, does not mean that we recommend, endorse or guarantee that company or its services.
3. Your own responsibility

Any loss arising from such acts is the responsibility of the party who committed them and of the users who chose to deal with them.
If you suspect fraud, please report it to us so that we can review the profile involved, and report it to the police or the competent authorities in the relevant country. 7 SHAHN may, at its sole discretion, suspend or remove any profile, but it has no obligation to investigate, mediate or recover any money or goods.
5. Disputes between users
Any dispute about a shipment, quote, payment or agreement must be settled directly between the users involved. 7 SHAHN will not take part in, represent any user in, or be bound by the outcome of any such dispute.
By using 7 SHAHN, you agree to release 7 SHAHN, its owners and its team from any claim, demand or damages, of any kind, arising out of or connected with any dispute between you and other users.
6. Third-party websites and tools
Some features link to websites owned by third parties, such as the official tracking and schedule pages of shipping lines and cargo airlines. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
7. Limitation of liability
You use 7 SHAHN at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7 SHAHN, its owners and its team will not be liable for any errors, omissions or misunderstandings in the information on the website, or for any direct or indirect loss, damage, cost or claim arising from the use of the website, from reliance on any information on it, or from any dealings between users.
8. Member profiles and advertisements
Members and advertisers are responsible for making sure that their profiles, offers and advertisements are honest, accurate and comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and advertising rules.
Each member and advertiser agrees to indemnify 7 SHAHN against any claims, losses and costs arising from the information they publish or from their dealings with other users.
